为进一步提升张家港市宅基地改革路径，打造农户、政府、银行的“三方联动”体系，张家港市农业农村局联合建行张家港分行、中农信达探索创新“银宅”模式，打造了“张家港市农宅系统”。

系统纵向贯通省市县乡村组6级，横向联通大数据局、行政审批局、不动产中心档案馆等6个部门，借用金融力量、元禾、遥感等技术，实现数据多跑路、农民少跑腿，为农户用地建房审批提供“保姆式”服务。

平台自2023年3月正式上线以来，农资采购业务累计完成交易47笔，总交易金额388.95万元，节约成本27.1万元！
